A new month

The Glover's have started a new tradition in our home! Our family now has a monthly theme which is the center of our Family Home Evening for the month. April's theme has been,
"BE HONEST".

I had the idea to make a darling decorative poster, but then 4:30pm came, and this is what they got! I let them glue gems and stones all over it, it did the job!
It hangs on an open wall in the middle of our home.
The kids took strips of paper and wrote sayings and drew pictures that reminded them to
BE HONEST.

Then we taped those strips all over the house. And every Monday this month has been a new lesson on Honesty.

It's worked, Gracie is definately "more" Honest in April.

Easter was great...lots of fun parties!

Ms. Christina, Gracie's preschool teacher, put on an awesome Easter party! Noah got to come too!

Egg Hunt, bounce house, egg coloring, cookie decorating, face painting, it was fun!

Then we had our Ward Easter Egg Hunt, (the same day as my studio peformance for a nursing home and opening day baseball games for both Ethan & Ryal...save for another post)

And what would one of my posts be without a posed picture from Gracie?

She looks like a princess, but let me give you some of her funniest moments this week:
1. (up the stairs crying), "Mom! Ryal kicked me in the NUTS!"
2. ( as Noah whines) "Mom, I have to hold Noah because he has an allergic."
3. (being bossy as always) "Noah! Shhh! You have to be quiet because the pretend Jesus is sleeping." (she's referring to the picture of Jesus)
4. ( as I was doing her hair, she brought in the scriptures and pretended to read along with her finger) " And God will do, and even shall them, We are family, and all should find joy, and if you don't, I don't care, I'll pull down your underwear!"
She's crazy folks!
