Scott came home from work today just in time to hear a loud crash as he was getting out of his truck. He ran inside the house and this is what we found in the garage...only when we found it, it was full of white smoke! Our entire attic fell on our ping pong table, which is broken now by the way, can you believe it??? It's cracked all the way to the wall. The only thing holding up the rest is the garage door opener. Nice huh?
Just glad the kids weren't playing in there! Dangerous! Never even thought of something like that happening!!!

I can't believe that!!! Not a fun thing to clean up/fix!I am SO GLAD the kids weren't in there playing! I still can't believe I missed the dress party--you should have seriously called me during it and told me to come over!! I never even thought about it today until you mentioned it!!
OH MY GOSH! Seriously, so glad my sweet nieces & nephews weren't involved! What a mess for you, good luck! So, when are you gonna drop the kids off over here so you can get some R & R, maybe a much needed Date with Scotty Boy? We would LOVE it. Mark loves Fatty Noah.

Yes...so glad the kids weren't in there! When Chase and I were cleaning out our garage, our plan was to put everything in the attic- then Chase realized that it was only dry wall and two by fours and that everything would fall through- I of course said "Oh come on...let's just put it up there"....We ended up not doing it because I just like to get things done without always thinking it through-which runs in the family! Except, you usually think things through a bit better than me! Sorry about that. We'll all have to come help clean it up.
Kylie was telling me about this at preschool. I can't believe it! I was expecting a small hole...but it is your whole ceiling! What a mess:( I'm so sorry. I hope insurance covers it!
holy cow! that happened in our living room, but the paint bubbled first & it fell gradually. we had a leak. that´s a bummer!

That stinks - I"m so glad that no one was hurt! Maybe I will re-think putting things in my attic.
I totally forgot about the dress party, and I am kicking myself too! I hope you got a lot of cute things!
